  • Harpreet is one of the founding Partners at Alliant Accounting Group, he primarily focuses on providing accounting, assurance, taxation and business advisory services.

    He works with owners of private companies across all industries but specializes in real estate construction/development, hospitality, and agriculture. Harpreet received his Bachelor of Business degree from Kwantlen Polytechnic University and obtained his CPA designation in 2019.

    Prior to Alliant, he worked in the assurance group at MNP LLP in Langley, B.C. and a small-sized accounting firm located in the Fraser Valley.

    Outside of the office, he enjoys spending time with his family. He enjoys outdoor activities such as basketball and travelling. In addition to being a CPA, he spends his summers managing and operating his family-owned blueberry farm.

  • Jesse is one of the founding partners at Alliant Consulting Group Inc., providing accounting, tax, and general business advice. He collaborates with proprietors of private enterprises spanning various industries, with a particular focus on real estate development/construction and manufacturing sectors.

    Before establishing Alliant, he accrued valuable experience at MNP LLP, a national accounting firm, where he played a key role in advising clients across various industries, honing his expertise in assurance, tax, and strategic business planning.

    Outside of his professional life, he takes joy in meaningful moments spent with his wife, family, and friends. Furthermore, he actively engages in basketball, showcasing his passion for the sport, and relishes playing golf.

  • Manny is one of the founding partners of Alliant Accounting Group Inc. Manny is a Chartered Professional Accountant with extensive experience working at both national and mid-sized accounting firms located in Vancouver.

    Manny brings a vast range of expertise in accounting, tax, and business advisory. Manny has experience working with owners of private companies specializing across all industries, including real estate development/construction, manufacturing, wholesale, and retail. Manny also has a background in business valuations and litigation support.

    In his spare time, Manny enjoys spending time with his family, friends, and dog. Furthermore, Manny is an avid traveller and sports fan. Manny loves playing and watching all sports.

  • Sharaz is one of the founding partners at Alliant Consulting Group Inc. He primarily focuses on income tax, succession, and partnership planning for Canadian businesses and individuals. Sharaz received his Bachelor of Business Administration from Mount Royal University in Calgary, Alberta.

    He has over 15 years of public practice experience; prior to Alliant, he worked at Deloitte and MNP LLP, where he was able to build and refine his expertise in accounting and taxation. Sharaz spent his time across various specialty niches within tax, which include cross-border taxes, estate planning, and high-net-worth individual tax planning. Sharaz has completed the CPA In-Depth Tax Program.

    Sharaz loves helping solve his clients' complex tax issues and finding a way to simplify things to make it as easy for the clients to understand and find a solution that meets their business needs.
